Clinic Procedures

Rooms and common spaces will be cleaned per CDC, state of CA, and CA Acupuncture Board regulations.

Between patients' rooms will be thoroughly wiped down with an approved CDC cleaner and aired out.

We are following social distancing protocols as much as possible within our space.

Staff Requirements

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) will be worn.

Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizers is mandatory.

Staff will wipe down areas of use with an approved CDC cleaner.

The Patient Experience

You will receive a pre-screening questionnaire to fill out 1-2 days before your appointment. 

Please text us when you arrive. You will be greeted at the door, your temperature will be taken, and your hands will be sanitized. 

Intakes may be done virtually before your appointment, if preferable.

Payments through credit cards for contactless payment are recommended.

Our Request of Patients

Only come if you have an appointment, and please arrive at the time of your appointment (please contact us ahead of time if you are picking up products). Please do not come early or late to your appointment.

You may be directed to a room or asked to wait outside for a few minutes for social distancing purposes while other patients leave the clinic.

Please wear a mask at all times.

Please answer the pre-screening questionnaire before your appointment.

Call us to reschedule if you are not feeling well.

We are happy to hear any of your questions or concerns.

If you experience any symptoms of feeling ill, please consider a telemedicine visit. We have been studying COVID-19 cases and can treat symptoms with herbal formulas. We can also teach you how to stimulate acupressure points to reduce symptoms. We can ship herbal formulas directly to you.
