Meet Jane
Jane Gajano-Blythe, the visionary behind Natura Health & Wellness, is deeply passionate about healthy aging, specializing in prevention, anti-aging, and longevity medicine. With a Masters of Science degree from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College in Berkeley, she delved into holistic medicine, seamlessly blending Eastern and Western practices over four years of intensive study.

Specializing in acupuncture and functional medicine modalities, Jane incorporates health coaching into every treatment, aiming to address chronic and complex conditions. She places particular emphasis on supporting gut health through nutrition and supplementation to promote anti-aging effects.
Cupping, Massage, and Acupuncture done by Jane today, helped to make my low back pain fade away. Jane offers a variety of therapeutic and cosmetic services to make you feel great!
