At Natura, your safety always comes first. Before beginning any treatment, we review your health history and unique needs. Some therapies may not be appropriate for everyone. Below is a general guide.

  • Active pacemaker or defibrillator

  • Severe heart conditions or arrhythmias

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Active cancer or history of skin cancer in the treatment area

  • Metal implants or plates in the treated zone

  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders

  • Uncontrolled diabetes or vascular disease

  • Severe autoimmune disease (case by case basis)

CryoSkin (Face & Body)

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Raynaud’s disease or severe sensitivity to cold

  • Poor circulation, severe varicose veins, or DVT history

  • Uncontrolled diabetes or neuropathy

  • Severe kidney or liver conditions

  • Active cancer

  • Cold allergy or cryoglobulinemia

Acupuncture (Facial & Body)

  • Pregnancy (certain points avoided)

  • Bleeding disorders or use of anticoagulant medication

  • Severe needle phobia

  • Active infection at insertion site

  • Recent surgeries (case by case)

Microneedling, Microcurrent, Infrared Peels

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Open wounds, active acne, or skin infections

  • Active eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis in treatment area

  • History of keloid scarring

  • Recent Botox, fillers, or facial surgery (waiting period required)

  • Blood clotting disorders or blood-thinning medication

  • Active cancer or chemotherapy/radiation therapy

AromaTouch Massage & Bodywork

  • Pregnancy (oils will be adjusted or avoided)

  • Severe allergies to essential oils

  • Severe skin rashes or open wounds

  • Acute illness (fever, flu, or contagious condition)

  • Recent major surgery without clearance

Chinese Herbal Tinctures

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding (certain herbs avoided)

  • Concurrent use of prescription blood thinners or immunosuppressants (must be evaluated carefully)

  • Severe liver or kidney disease

  • Known allergies to specific herbal components

Nano Biologics (Stem Cell Therapy + Heimoxx)

  • Active cancer

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • Organ transplant recipients on immunosuppressants

  • Severe autoimmune flare (case by case review)

  • Known allergy to biologic components

  • Current infection or fever

Functional Nutrition + Coaching

  • None in the traditional sense — but clients should always inform us of all medications, supplements, and medical conditions to avoid interactions and ensure the plan is safe.
