Booking & Cancellations
Appointments are reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows are charged the full appointment fee.
This policy allows us to honor the time of all clients and practitioners.
Late Arrivals
We do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s booking. The full fee will still apply.
Payment
We accept cash, major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and select insurance plans for acupuncture. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
Natura Beauty and Wellness accepts insurance for acupuncture treatments. Please contact us prior to your visit with your insurance information so we can verify coverage. Clients are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or services not covered by insurance.
Refunds & Returns
Services: All services are non-refundable.
Products: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Memberships (Glow Club)
Membership policies, credit rollover, and upgrade options are outlined in your membership agreement. Please review carefully or ask us if you have any questions before enrolling.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Your personal information, treatment history, and health records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Respectful Environment
Natura is a healing space. We kindly ask all clients to silence phones and arrive ready for a restorative experience.
