A Custom Bio Facial at Natura is not a standard facial. It is a holistic treatment created uniquely for you.

Each session blends:

• Organic and biodynamic skincare, featuring Eminence Organics, chosen for purity and results

• Gua sha and cupping to sculpt, lift, and improve circulation

• Hungarian facial massage for lymphatic drainage and glow

• High-tech therapies such as microcurrent, infrared, microneedling integrated based on the length of the facial you choose (60, 75, or 90 minutes)

• Acupuncture included with every facial. Optional, but highly encouraged, as it strengthens results from within by balancing energy, improving circulation, and supporting skin renewal.

Shorter facials focus on core nourishment, while longer sessions allow for deeper sculpting and advanced anti-aging work. Every facial is designed to rejuvenate not just your skin but your whole being.

Yes. Every facial at Natura includes body acupuncture. While optional, it is highly encouraged because it amplifies results by improving skin glow, circulation, stress balance, and overall rejuvenation.

Yes, for acupuncture services. All other treatments are cash based.

It depends on where you are in your journey and what your goals are.

• TeslaMed usually requires 6 to 10 treatments for full results, followed by occasional maintenance.

• CryoSkin typically requires 6 to 12 treatments for lasting contouring and tightening.

• Acupuncture frequency depends on severity and condition. Some clients come 1 to 2 times per week for acute issues, while others shift to every 2 weeks or as often as they wish for ongoing wellness and balance.

• Facials and skin rejuvenation are best experienced as ongoing rituals for long-term radiance.

Yes. As a functional medicine practitioner and coach, I help clients create sustainable healing protocols using nutrition, herbs, supplements, and lifestyle tools.

Glow Club is our membership program with four tiers grouped around similarly priced treatments:

Most treatments at Natura are relaxing, but some may create strong sensations.

• TeslaMed is not a massage. It can feel warm, stretchy, or even sharp at times. Some clients experience redness or mild swelling afterward. This is normal and usually subsides quickly. These sensations are part of the cellular stimulation that makes TeslaMed effective.

• Acupuncture feels like a light release. Some people feel a small pinch, followed by deep relaxation.

• Facials are soothing and restorative, especially with gua sha, cupping, and massage.

• CryoSkin feels intensely cold during the session but is generally comfortable.

At Natura, we always work within your comfort level, adjusting intensity and technique so you feel safe and cared for while still getting the best results.

Because treatments and packages are customized, refunds are not generally offered. Unused sessions may sometimes be applied toward another Natura service.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA, and cash.
